This policy explains what information Vylos Media collects through vylosmedia.com and how it is used. If you have any questions, email charlie@vylosmedia.com.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, business or brand, email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as your Instagram handle or a message about your project.
The site does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and it does not set cookies. It remembers whether you picked light or dark mode, and whether you paused motion, in your own browser’s storage. Those settings never leave your device.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to you, prepare your free Reel idea and quote, and work with you on your project. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Services that help run the site
- Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Behold provides the feed of our latest Instagram posts, so your browser loads those images from Behold and Instagram.
- GitHub Pages hosts the site and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we are talking or working together, and for a reasonable time afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us by emailing charlie@vylosmedia.com. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live, and we will reply within 30 days.
Do Not Track
Vylos Media does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and we do not allow other companies to do so through this site. Because of that, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. If a change affects information you have already sent us, we will also tell you by email.
